Happy dimsum off day with my 宝贝爷爷奶奶

Schedules can be as tight as ever. Work & classes can be as tired as ever. It's still ever a duty of a granddaughter bringing out her folks out for some dimsum on a Friday morning.

The other day when boyboy's running fever, mummy took mc to take care of him. This was what she sent me while I was at work:

Finally my folks are back from Shenzhen!! They were so tired from the trip. Gonna bring them to crystal jade for dimsum this week for my off days. Missing them so much:

Everyday is a blessing

The bank has been crowding with people lately. I've been scolded everyday all bcos of the SMS queue. Ohwells I'm just doing my job whether or not I understand my customers. Back to coaching new girls again. This time round we've got 3 new girls coming in tgt. I can be coaching 2 of them tgt & managing the queue all tgt. Asking me to teach the girls, asking me to cut short my lunch break just to help out with the queue. Sarah always says, "Sharlene, you need to stop helping. It's always you. & your salary is still the same." Exactly. 

Previously I studied till 4am for my upcoming exams but last min rush down to work once I received a text from my manager that they were super short handed & recalls me back on my off day. I bearly slept enough. 

& now I'm down with fever again. I've got mc twice but I still go to work knowing there's too many new girls & when the queue gets pretty long due to end/start of the month. 

Skip class today cos my fever came halfway at work. Boon says he's gonna get me vitamins from Aussie when he's back. Faith is complaining I've been sick too many times. 

My baobei nainai rang me at the right time. It was a good half an hour chat with the old woman on the phone & complaining how awful my fever makes me feel. Hehehex 

Life of being her pampered girl. Missing that old woman of mine. 

Went for Sulwhasoo's private invitation only for members last wkend & brought along my 2 other aunts which are crazily influenced by me over their skincare. 

& these are our damages after a 2hr session in the boutique that is unofficially opened to the public:

All thanks to my aunts, my skincare is free. Only paid for my own Sulwhasoo facials. Totally anticipating for my appts.

Boyboy has been doing well from his chemo therapy so far. I received a shocking from the other dog owner whom I'm sharing the drugs with my dog, that their dog has passed away last night. I was really shocked & worried at the same time. I thought the dog was doing well & her condition was even better than mine. Unfortunately the dog couldn't withstand the drug & collapsed. 

Never knew how relieved I felt the moment I came home to check boyboy. I'm so thankful he's all fine & this is him having his meal. 

You're definitely a strong boy. I'm so proud of you. Pls continue to stay strong.
