Verge of giving up.

I was all hyped to visit my grandparents when I rang up 奶奶 after my class ended saying to visit them today over dinner. Finally using the off days to visit the folks but received a text frm aunt that 爷爷 was send to A&E due to major pain & massive vomiting. 

Doctor said his condition is quite serious & needs to go for his op immed tmr. I've no idea how to describe how am I feeling right now. I'm just hoping for the best results. Accountings & management results are out, the passing results didn't make me happier either. 

What exactly is enough of all these. Why everytime I'll make the extra effort to stay strong, something else has to topple me down. WHY.
